Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, databases, and query languages, with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals. This role demands someone who is enthusiastic about recruitment, well-versed in Microsoft Office tools, and possesses excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to match job specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct initial technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends, technologies, and best practices in tech recruitment.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand across digital platforms and through candidate interactions.
  • Maintain candidate data and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science/IT) or related technical field.
  • MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment or sourcing IT/technical profiles.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and query languages.
  • Familiarity with job portals and social recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for connecting with people and finding the right talent.
